Postnatal Pilates

This workshop focuses on recovery and empowering postpartum bodies to rebuild strength and stability from the inside out using the gentle yet effective principles of Pilates. Explore the common anatomical shifts, including changes to the pelvis and spine, and the impact on the core and pelvic floor. Learn how to help clients reconnect with and gently begin to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles, address and recovery strategies for Diastatis Recti and regain overall core function. Discover which exercises are beneficial and which should be avoided during your post-natal recovery to ensure a safe and effective Pilates practice.
