This workout will introduce the consumer to barefoot balance training. Starting with basic single leg exercises - and slowly building the static exercises into combinations with increasing difficulty. Repetitions will be 4-5 per side. Will integrate floor exercises as well to activate the hips, glutes and abdominals.
